The scale shows a 1.5 pound loss this week. YEAH! So with last weeks 1 pounds gain, I am .5 pounds down. I know slow and steady is better in the long run but I want to see that scale MOVE!!
Things are going slow, mostly I am sure because I haven't been exercising. And though for the most part I am keeping my food intake in check, it could be better. It is going to be really hard with summer coming to get exercise in. I really am going to try to work on getting up in the morning to do it. Or do a water work out at the apt. community pool. I need some one to kick me in the BUTT I think.
Well it's a new "week" and even with everything going on I am not going to give up, even if it takes me the rest of my life, I will lose the weight.
