Let It Go, Let It GO!
Saturday, 11/30 Part 4
After spending a few hours at the Poly and the Grand, we finally made it over to the Magic Kingdom! I've been waiting over a year for this moment, so I was little anxious getting off of the monorail. I told myself to slow down and enjoy it, but the whole trip I was just so aware of how we had no time and had to fit everything in that I was just running from place to place. Even when we did slow down and sit and hang out, my mind was still racing with what to do next, what to do tomorrow.
Anyway, we made it down the ramp and used our fancy MB's to get into MK and luckily, the Mickey head turned green with no problem! Since we used our tickets to get into Epcot before I linked them, I was anticipating something going wrong, but it didn't!
I took an awful picture of the Magic Kingdom entrance before pretty much running inside!

You'll never guess what was happening once we got in...yep, the Main Street Electrical Parade!
I swear, this if a parade could be my enemy, this parade and I would be enemies, because it just taunts me whenever I walk inside of the Magic Kingdom. "Haha, no more SpectroMagic for you!"
Since there were about 8 million people watching the parade, they opened up the little secret passage where you get to go "backstage" and walk behind the shops and end up in Tomorrowland. I love doing that, I think it's so cool to see what goes on back there!
Once we got to Tomorrowland, we were greeted with...8 million more people. Ok, maybe not 8 million. Maybe 2 million. It was crazy, how many people were in MK that night, I mean, I knew it would be busy, it was a Saturday, it was open until 1 am, blah blah blah. I just wasn't expecting this.
We made our way to the Peoplemover and got on to relax a little, after fighting our way through the crowds. I realized how much my feet hurt so I took my shoes off while we were on there and put them up on the seat in front of me...I was in so much pain, which was weird, because it was only our first day there. Usually I'm not in this much pain until like, 5 or 6 days into a trip.

(Just in case you were all dying to see my shoeless feet, haha! And yes, I'm wearing socks, they're pink, but the lighting in this picture makes it kind of look like I'm not wearing socks doesn't it? Strange.)
When we got off the Peoplemover, we went over to Space Mountain and grabbed some FP's for later, I think they were good around 11 or something like that. We tucked them away and then went to find a good spot to see Celebrate the Magic and Wishes!
Since it was almost starting, we didn't get the best view, but it was ok. I told myself no pictures, but of course, I didn't listen to myself, so here are some from Celebrate the Magic!

Ok, so before I went on this trip, I knew very little about Frozen. Yes, I saw the commercials and of course I wanted to see it, but I didn't really know a lot about it. So during the new Frozen segment with Elsa and they play part of "Let it Go" I was HOOKED. It's not even the whole song, and I was in love with it. I couldn't get it out of my head for days, I was just mesmerized by the whole scene. When I finally went home and saw the movie, it was even better than I imagined! "Let it Go" is probably my new favorite Disney song, and Elsa is my new favorite Disney royal! It was so cool seeing part of it for the first time during Celebrate the Magic!
Next up, Wishes!

Wishes was amazing, as always! It was hard deciding what to see that first night, Illuminations or Wishes, but I had to go with Wishes. As much as I love my Illuminations, I just wanted to be reminded to keep believing in my dreams and wishes from Jiminy our first night in Disney World!
Once Wishes was over, before we did anything else, I was hoping to get right in front of the castle like I always do and take pictures of it, all lit up and beautiful. So I made my way over and prepared to do that, but for some reason, my camera was being uncooperative. Everything was blurry and the color of the Castle wasn't coming out right, so I gave up! This is the best one I got:

We walked over to Liberty Square and went on the Haunted Mansion since there wasn't really a wait. After, I was finally able to see something I waited almost a YEAR to see! Nope, not a new attraction...the Tangled Bathrooms!

I told Brandon before we went on this trip that when we first got to MK, I was going to run to the Tangled bathrooms to see them, and I fully intended to, but I didn't think the crowds would be so crazy, and that we would basically have no time before Celebrate the Magic. So I had to wait a little longer, but it was totally worth it! This area is so cool...and it's just bathrooms!

I heard that they are hidden Pascals there, so we looked for them for a little while but didn't find them.
I think Brandon was getting a little bored with the bathrooms (although, he surprised me, he was really impressed by them and liked how there are frying pans hanging in the men's bathrooms!) so we went to do something else. Journey Under the Sea was out, the wait was too long...but Philharmagic had no wait!
Philharmagic was amazing as always, but I was starting to get really, really tired at that point. It was almost time to use our Space Mountain FP's so we headed that way, but I wanted to say hi to Winnie the Pooh and friends first, so we went on that. Once we were finished, we were both exhausted. I think the 2 am wake up was finally catching up with me, I could barely keep my eyes open. As much as I wanted to ride Space Mountain, I wanted to go to sleep even more. And Brandon will never argue with leaving to go to sleep, so we made our way out.
Of course, the 2 million people who were entering Tomorrowland before were now leaving the Magic Kingdom, so it was crazy trying to leave. We had to take the stupid ferry, as usual, because it seems like we can never leave MK anymore and actually take the monorail to the TTC. So we got in the mile long line and waited forever, but finally a ferry came and we all crammed in.
We made it to the TTC, and then had to wait for a tram back to our car, which again, took forever. Maybe it didn't, I might have been really tired, but it just seemed like everything was going in slow motion when we trying to leave. We finally got back to the car and got in, and I'm pretty sure I fell asleep on the way back to Pop. And it's like a 5 minute drive, that's how tired I was!
I set the alarm on my phone and immediately collapsed into bed. We had to be up early the next morning and I wanted to be rested for our first full day in Disney World!
