My washer plays the national anthem

Last night my DS was on his computer and asked if we had a Fisher Paykel ecosmart washer which we do. He said if you push a series of buttons it will play the song. We tried it and it did. I couldn't stop laughing. He said he found it under Easter Eggs. Something some company programmers do for the heck of it.

I am the one in need of the new washer. RNMOM recommended the F-P, how do you like yours and how do you get it to play the music?!

I love the washer. We've had it over a year. You have to turn the washer off, press the water temp button (top and bottom) and the advance button. The lights will start to come on and you release the buttons and it starts to play. It doesn't stop til you press the power button again.

One of the best things about the washer is the water usage is very low and it almost never goes off balance.

I love our F & P washer and dryer. It takes so much less time to dry and it's so efficent.

I love my FP washer! The spin cycle is worth every penny we spent for it. I've never had jeans and towels come out nearly dry. I'll have to try the SSB thing. I knew it would, but couldn't remember the combinations.

I wish our washer did that....all ours does is thump out a hip-hop style 'whankawhankawhanaka" beat when you put too many towels in there.

Ours plays a nice assortment of rap music.....when DH does the laundry, lol!
