My Visit Today at WDW

Made a day trip to WDW today. Was planning on arriving at the MK around noon to have lunch at the Contemporary Resort. Arrived at Ticket and Transporttaion Center and decided to board the resorts monorail to get to the contemp. Got on the monorail and decided that since the monorail would stop at the Poly and since I have never been to the poly before, this would be a good time to explore it. So I changed my plans from eating at the contemp to eating at the poly. Had a nice lunch at the Kona Cafe. Had the Ploynesian Plate lunch of fried terriyaki steak. It was good. have never had fried steak before. After I finished lunch, I wandered around and stopped in the shops. I was going to get back on the monorail to the mk. but remebered the poly has a boat to the mk, so I decided to use that. It was a nice ride across the lagoon. And myself and two other people were the only passengers on board. Arrived at the Mk , did a few rides and walked around. Left the MK about 4pm. Since I did not want to get stuck in rush hr traffic on I- 4, i went to DTD. Had a burger at Rainforest cafe then stopped in World Of Disney and some other shops. I like the new Pirates of The Caribbean area of the store. Finally headed home around 6:45. All in all, an enjoyable day, even though it was HOT!!!

The Kona Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants. They must have changed the menu since the last time I was there--I've never heard of fried teriyaki steak. Sounds good to me
