My Vacation Maze ends up at Disney's Polynesian once again

My vacation planning started about a month and a half ago. I was planning a vacation to the beach. My husband chimed in that he didn't want to go to the beach"why don't we go back to Orlando". I was trying to keep this vacation a cheap one since so much in the world is uncertain. Especially since my DH works for the airlines. So I ran across the 5 days for price of 2 from Universal and thought maybe we can do this and not go to disney. So I started looking at villas and house , even going so far as to put a deposit down on a house. Somehow today I went from a 7 day cheap house going to universal to 7 nights at the polynesian garden view with 5days at disney and probably 2 at universal......

I am stunned and happy that we are going back to disney and the polynesian this yr. but I feel like i have been in a tornado to get here. I told my husband next yr he is planning the vacation! LOL


Does anyone else go through this to plan a vacation?

Our trip is 3 weeks away and we're still making changes. LOL That's half the fun!

I started in January...we originally had ressies for the Poly for this September, then changed our minds to BC (let's try something new), then decided we needed to save some $$$ so I booked the Swan. Just when I thought it was settled, DH sees AKL all over the tv and suggests we stay there! I do enjoy planning our trips, but this is ridiculous!!!!!!!

I feel for you! If I have to change anything one more time i am going to scream!

To me planning the vacation isn't the fun part, it is stressful. I try to find something to please everyone and that isn't always possible. If i did my dream vacation it would be a mth at a secluded beach with with someone waiting on me.
