Hi Guys

I meant to post this a couple of weeks back, but it went clear out of my head, I dont know if any of you are flying from Manchester with My Travel/Airtours this year, but I have had a letter from them to say our flight times this October have changed by about 4 hours later each way. It doesnt make a lot of difference to us, apart from arriving later at Orlando and it quite helps us coming back, as we have a little more time to spend at the resort on the day of departure without having to rush, and when landing in Manchester on the return leg we arrive back about 9.00 am now instead of 5.00am, which should help us with getting a train back to Cardiff, and not having to hang around for quite so long in the early morning. :goodvibes

Has anybody else had notification of this??

Yes Sue, we had a letter as well. Our flight times from Gatwick have changed, not as significantly as yours by the sounds of it but we are now leaving an hour earlier to go out and an hour or so earlier to come back (I think - can't remember exactly what it said now)

When are your flights, ours are in August and have not been notified of any flight changes. I am assuming you are leaving soon.

Not till October Wendy (more's the pity :sad2: ) I don't think all flights have changed - maybe yours are still the same.

We flew with MyTravel last year and they didn't bother to tell us of a change to our outbound flight. We arrived at the airport and had to wait another hour for check-in to open as the departure time had been put back an hour. We booked with Airtours and hadn't been told, but passengers who booked through Direct Holidays had all been notified. :confused3

Just goes to show that we should always double check before we go

I regularly go into their website and type in the info as if I am booking to see what flight times appear :thumbsup2 I found out a couple of months ago our flight starts off in Manchester , not that it has any affect on us but if somebody hadn't put something on this site I would have been none the wiser
