A friend of ours was at WDW in June and he was told by a CM that they no longer allowed people to ride in the front of the monorail. Has anybody been since then and rode up front? I am hoping this is not true.

34. In "It's s small world" only two of the figures represent the United States. They are really hard to find if you don't know what you are looking for. They are the cowboy and the Eskimo.

There is also an American Indian. Not really the United States, but sort of. He's the last character in the ride (next to the cowboy).

The American Indian would make more sense than the Eskimo... I would think the Eskimo would be for Canada? Thanks for the cool list!

We were there June 19 - 25 and rode in the front 3-4 times, both in the hotel loop and the EPCOT loop.

This is a great compilation and thank you! Can I make one request, that if you do not do it, I will do before my September trip? Can you rearrange the list so that those in the same park are listed together? This will make it easier to check them off as we go through each park.

I organized it by park and edited it for content, leaving out the Hidden Mickey references as you can get guides in each part and at each resort. It will eventually be on my website.

Like I didn't know about the ladybug release at the Polynesian. Is it every day at 11:00? Can anyone tell me exactly where it is?

Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think they do the ladybug release anymore and haven't been for several years. I also thought they did it at GF and not Poly.

Yes, there used to be lady bug releases at the one restaurant/brunch at the GF. I don't think they still do it. At least they didn't when we were there last.

33. Across from the Dawa Bar in AK is what appears to be an old fort. Don't assume, as I did, that the area's off limits -- there are actually tables and chairs in there!


40. The dog holding the keys in Pirates of the Caribbean and the dog in Carousel of Progress are both Walt Disney's dog.

I did want to comment on #20 - it was gone in June! I do not know if that is something that the CMs do like the Plates in Haunted Mansion or what. But, I will check again in 2 weeks!
