My Texas Day Trips

Mom arrived in Texas after driving from NY. She moved into the 2nd half of my duplex we just bought. She drove out with her friend Lynn so we have been doing some sightseeing. One day we went to the LBJ Wildflower Preserve in Austin and today we were at the Riverwalk in San Antonio. Here are some pics we took:

The Preserve was gorgeous. In the pics you will see the Big Bugs there was a preying mantus, 3 ants, dragonfly, and a spider web. They were made out of wood vines but looked so real.

We took the boat tour at Riverwalk and went to alot of the shops as well as the Marketplace and will go to the Mall and the Alamo tomm morning.

Great Pics, was there Thursday for my sons appointment with the heart doctor but didn't get a chance to go downtown. I especially love going to the river walk at night time, boy is it beautiful.
