My Southwest fare went down again

I am 3 weeks out from my trip and last week my fare went down $5.00. Today I go to the Southwest website and my fare went down another $23.00! I made the changes and my R/T is now $237.00 including taxes. This is from RNO. My fare has gone down a total of $88.00 since I first booked it and I have those credits for a future trip. I love SWA!!

I'm becoming an expert at cancel and re-book...

first our fares dropped $10 then got dinged for $43 then today the ding was for $38.......

We now have more credits than we paid for our fares.....

Oh well, hopefully the $213 credit will cover most of our air for a trip next may

Now I gotta work on getting our rental car down....(although it's only $100 now)

I better check my SWA flights to see if they went down. Do you mind telling more about your rental deal? What company, how many days etc. Right now I have a full size from Thurs-Mon for $123 total.

how do you check if your fare went down? and how do you change it? i have SW fares right now for october from MDW to MCO. Thanks for any info!!

You can go into the site and put in all your dates and same people/flight #'s and if lower fare is available it will be there...

However, I got a ding rate for my lower fares......You need to have ding installed to see the ding rates when they are available....

I rebooked by cancelling and then applying the credit to the new fare....

Finally found my car ressie e-mail...Car rental was $125 for 8 days with national. used $20 coupon and contract 5037126..... Dec 10-18.....
