He was biking down the road and a pickup truck turned into him. He flew off over the hood of it. Thankfully he was wearing his helmet. He's 23.
He just called us to let us know. He's in NH and we are in FL. I told him to go to the ER to get checked out. At the time he didn't think he was hurt but now that he's coming down off that adrenaline rush he's not feeling good. He hit his head and is having problems with the vision in the left eye. Hurt his hip, elbow, and jaw.
I called my sister that lives the next town over and she is heading over to the ER to be with him and over see things for me.
He didn't get any info from the guy that hit him but got enough incidental info that the police should be able to track him down. I told him to let the ER know that he needs to talk with a cop to file a report ASAP.
I'm a basket case.

, thankfully he was wearing a helmet. Glad you convinced him to seek care and know it must be comforting your sister can be with him. Sending postive thoughts you get good news soon and he bounces back 100%.
