I was at my ds's school this morning doing a bulletin board with another woman for the PTO and a teacher's aide stopped... she was on her way to my ds's class.... I told her I was Jack's mother and she started GUSHING about how sweet and thoughtful and kind and yada yada yada Jack was..... MY JACK!! Seems that on the way to the cafeteria yesterday he stopped in front of her and said, "Mrs. Smith- I hope you have a good lunch." she was instantly smitten.

My son is a big handful at home- but I guess he saves it for home and at school he's a gem!!

I'm afraid it's too late Laurie.... last week the principal told him/us that she wanted to take him home with her...... everybody loves Jack. His sister will make wretching noises when she hears this!

How proud you sound, Mermaid! That's great news to hear about your little one.

My son is kind of like that. He is an angel for everyone but me.

His teachers, babysitters, relatives all think he's a saint, but I know better.

Everyday at 3:30 Jack has a major meltdown here at home- but I prefer it be here at home rather than at school!

LOL, Mermaid, it must be something about Jacks, my DS is also Jack, and he's also a handful at home, but last week the aide was telling me the same thing!! She said that they were just commenting about how wonderful Jack's been, etc. I said "Really?", lol!

Any child, now-a-days, that isn't so self-absorbed that he notices anyone else and talks to them, is above the norm. Sounds like your child communicates with others, which will be a big plus for him.

Louis still loves Britney, but he's also into Shakira now, too. He thinks she's Britney's sister, LOL!

I think Shakira's dance moves have him mesmerized.

Sounds like my DS. Hes been a little rambunctious at home, especailly last weekend. Then he came home from school on Monday with an award for Star Of The Week from last week. Go figure?
