I'm sorry for your loss. Did you visit her in the hospital? If you did, who was it in the hospital bed if it wasn't your sister? But then you probably would have recognized it wasn't her...Any thoughts?

Please follow up on getting copies of her death certificate and any coroner's or police report regarding her death. If BIL is trying to hide anything it is well past time to shine a light on his secrets.

If she died in Calhoun County then there should be a death certificate on file at the Calhoun County Clerk's Office. You should be able to get a copy for around $10.00. This would list the cause of death, when it happened, who reported it, etc. It might give you peace of mind to have a copy of this.
