My shoe...

Ok I get into work and am standing at my desk talking with another co-worker when all of a sudden I feel the heel on my boot bend.....sure enough my heel broke, but it is not completely off but if I stand on it the entire thing bends. I cann't believe this is happening . I have no crazy glue and live an hour away from work so going home isn't an option and I don't get a lunch break to go to the store. Not to mention there isn't one close by anyways. So I guess I will try to sit at my desk most of the day so I don't look stupid walking around. Guess that is what I get for being cheap and not nbuying a new pair of boots that I so deserately need.

LMAO!!! i agree thinking of it makes me laugh!!

My Best friend works in NYC and this happened to her only that her heal got caught in the escalator and she fell LOL!! she was walking with only one heal through grand central station!!

Does your building have a maintenance dept? Years back someone broke their heel... we called maintenance & they glued it for her - got her through the day at least!
