Wow, Dean, I never heard about unscrupulous closing companies like that. Just how common is that?

I've only heard of a couple of cases and non with DVC. But we did have the recent reports of money lost on a phantom DVC rental which could easily have been the same thing. The fact is that things can happen so you need to know what you're getting into and what the risks are with anything.
