My reservation just disappeared!!!

Anybody ever have a reservation just disappear? My wait list came through on Tuesday for jan 3rd for bwv, replacing an ssr room. I sent member services an email to link it to my other bwv reservation, and then yesterday I noticed that the reservation for the 3rd is just gone. POOF! Completely missing! Needless to say I'm kind of freaking out waiting for member services to open. Anybody else ever have this happen?!!
 
Check the dates of the first reservation at BWV. Any chance a CM has already "merged" the two reservations together into a single, uninterrupted stay?

That was my first thought. At first I was thrilled, thinking they had actually merged the two reservations. But nope! The only current reservation starts on the 4th. The night of the 3rd is missing. The reservation has been dropped in both the member services website and in my my disney experience account. Sigh....This should not happen!

In the last 5 years or so MS has improved. Before we didn't have online reservations and we had problems with reservations getting screwed up and our member accounts getting screwed up. We had points disappear, points re-appear, and once extra point were added to our account. We even had a Disney IT contractor add himself to our account as an associate. After a several week investigation to find out who the person was, they said that he was doing some software testing. :scared1:

Contact MS and let us know how it turns out.

Oh gosh! I have also noticed that my points are messed up too. Somehow reallocated, which is not good because it means I have a bunch of 2013 points now that I didn't have a week ago. 12 minutes before I can start sorting things out.
 
Ok. They fixed it! Took them 27 minutes. That was stress I really didn't need. So glad everything got resolved. They didn't tell me what happened so I'm not sure how to prevent it in the future. I guess a good thing that came out of this is I now have a single reservation for all 5 nights, so no need to stop by the front desk. Also one less set of magic bands to deal with.

I hate to think what would have happened if I hadn't noticed this and just showed up on the 3rd!

You need to double and triple check your reservations and keep track of everything including points on your computer. Don't assume that the member website will be correct.
