My Reservation Disappeared - Freaking Out!

I just went to log onto to the DCL site to make sure everything was in order for our sailing this Saturday and after I log in it says no reservation can be retrieved at this time. Now I'm completely freaking out. I spoke to the Concierge a few days ago and everything was in order. Has anyone had something like this happen?

You're within the 3 day period where you can't do anything on your reservation anyway. As long as you have printed proof of it, and the Concierge host has confirmed you're good to go, then you'll be fine.

All reservations are pulled at 3 days.

Now.....breathe.....
 
I did all the check in steps except print the signature page. I was going to do that tonight before we flew out tomorrow.
 

You have access to your reservation up until 3 days before sailing. That is why they tell you to complete all your paperwork before the three day cutoff. It won't be problem though....as mentioned above they will just have you sign your contract at the check in desk.

Just tried logging on to my reservation and got the message
"We are unable to retrieve any reservation information at this time. Please try again later or call (800) 951-3532 for assistance. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call." in bold red letters.

I'm thinking, besides the "not within 3 day" thing, that no one can get to their reservations right now.

i did the same thing when we cruised last April. i was planning to print and sign the signature page the night before we fly to florida. I panicked when i cant access my reservation... thank goodness PrincessSchmoo was quick to reassure me that it was a non issue. And it was. The CM just printed them for me at the port and I signed. No biggie... enjoy your cruise.
 
Neither of my reservations can be pulled right now. Definitely sounds like a DCL system issue.
 
It said that when I tired to pull up our reservation. I printed the "My Online Check-In Signature Form" so that is all I had to actually print correct? We have our passports and other documents.

I never print anything at home. . I sign what I need to sign at the port. Don't worry about it.

You don't have to actually print anything.

The " live" current reservations seem to have been taking time to load on some Internet browsers, giving the impression that it's disappeared. If you log out and go back say an hour later it's there. Nothing to do with three day pre cruise.

But adding that more than lkely its me doing something wrong. I'm trying a different browser now

Same thing just happened to me when I logged in through my CC account. However, after I logged out I tried using the "My Disney Cruise" drop down menu and the reservation came up as soon as I logged in from there.
 
Still nothing to worry about. You can sign the contract and paperwork at the port.

That's how I tried to access my reservation - using the "My Disney Cruise" link. Didn't work for me. At least last night. Haven't had time to try yet today.
