How long did it take once you passed Disney's ROFR to close and be able to make a reservation? We also just purchases a HH resale. We passed ROFR on Monday March 1st.

We sent out our final payment on 2/24 and just received a copy of the deed that is being recorded. They say it will take 4-6 weeks until Disney recognizes us as the new owners.
