I just posted. 50pt contract was listed for $132, I offered $110 just because, they countered at $120, but since I really have no business buying more points, I kept my original offer and they agreed to it.

Deed and owner's policy hit my email today after my closing on Tuesday. We'll see when my account is officially opened.

I'm at two weeks today and haven't seen an activation email. I'm hoping I see it within the next two days based upon the timeline posted by others recently.

Yes it is separate and usually doesnt come at the same time.

Sometimes it’s same day sometimes it’s not. Activation tends to come first oddly.

If you still didn't find it check your spam folder. When we dealt with this, one of the emails consistently made it to spam on Yahoo mail. Happened for both our use years and for both me and my wife.

Is anyone being impacted by the “IT issue” that is supposedly impacting a large number of members? I closed over a month ago (deed recorded 3/28/25) and received my login 2.5 weeks ago (4/13/25). The notifications state that the contract was finalized on 4/13/25. The site showed December 2009 use year from 4/13/25 until 4/23/25, before updating to December 2024. Since then, I’ve seen zero changes and no points loaded. They supposedly submitted an IT ticket to get this resolved on 4/23/25 since the points loading was “missed” but nothing has happened since. I’m terrified my account is lost in the abyss due to the system issues that happened, and it seems like no one at Disney has any interest in helping. The timeline I’m told keeps extending, with it being “by the end of the week” to “in a week” to “up to 8 weeks”…
