My recent stay at Yacht Club - wOw!

Fabulous Pixie Dust! And the offerings at the Club Level looked GOOD - sometimes they are poo-pooed in reviews but those at least LOOKED tasty!

$400 a night for a club room? Dang! I paid that for a garden view at the Poly in 2009. I'd have loved a club room for that.

We stayed in this room. We were shocked and overjoyed when we walked into the rooms. They had two doors, both said 3209, one regular door and one set of double doors. We had 4 Fridges in that room!!! WHAT an upgrade!!! I am spoiled for LIFE.

That's so amazing that two of the Disboard folks ended up with the same upgrade and for the same room. How long was your reservation and what category had you booked?

I went back to check and sure enough, we were in 3209. How cool is that?

Just wanted to add that I will be at Beach Club next month for my annual birthday trip! If there are any CMs on here that assign rooms, I would very much love it if you give me a similar room at the Beach Club during my stay. Gee thanks.

Now I'm considering buying into DVC so that we can enjoy 2 bedroom DVC stays. I don't think my boys will want to stay in anything smaller. Thanks, Disney!

see we think the pixie dust is on us. In reality Disney knows what they are doing The room was unused so they weren't losing $$ upgrading you and now they have a chance to make even more $$ off of your family. Great marketing strategy in my mind.
