My Reasons to Celebrate in 2004!

1) Since my 2 week trip July 4th where I TOTALLY pigged out on fine food and drink...

I've Lost 60 Pounds!!! Yippee!

2) My teen DD is going to have a DD! Actually I'm still in shock about this one but whatcha gonna do? Guess that will make her my GDD? or DGD? And me a DGF?

I may have to lone it this time around @ WDW - we'll see!

I've been on a not so strict version of low carb and excercise every day! Walking to start and now I'm up to 3 - 5 miles jogging 7 days/week and light weights 4 days. As the cardio increases the diet strictness decreases!
