I posted this on another thread about their PSs but it seems like you'll be spending a lot of time eating at sit down restaurants. Several hours each day in fact. And, depending how you eat and what you order, that can be a great deal of food! Unlike the previous thread, it doesn't look like you'll be travelling all over the world in a single day to eat though.

Like your choices, though but IMHO you may be overdoing it! I'm intersted in hearing about how others handled sit downs for Lunch AND Dinner.

I think they are fine. We would much rather do a sit down than a counter service. I gives you a chance to rest and regroup. We have 3 sitdowns planned on on day of our upcoming vacation. We love to try new dining experiences. And yes, we are theme park commandos.

OMG too funny, what time will you be at Chefs du France on the 12th? We have a PS for 6:40

WE'll be at 50's for lunch on the 16th and Rose and Crown on the 17th for dinner. Seems like we have similar tastes

we have ps for chefs at 7:00 on 5/12
as we have been to wdw many times we are in no rush to see any particular attraction and prefer to have two relaxed quality dining experiences per day
we have previously eaten at chefs many times and find it to be one of the best in wdw as well as one of our favorites

They look good to me. I like to make a lot of PSs also. With three kids I find it much more relaxing to eat in a sit down restaurant or buffet rather than counter service.
