We stayed at the Pop last week. I have 4 kids so we had adjoining rooms. We stayed in the 60s building on the 3rd floor.
I didn't find it to be excessively noisy, but then again, we weren't facing the pool. The rooms were VERY clean. We did get towel animals
Accomodations were adequate, but nothing fancy.
I have just a few complaints. One was that bus transportation was VERY crowded and slow. We ended up driving to most of the parks. The other was the walking distance from the parking lot. On the day we left, there were no luggage carts left, and a long line for people waiting to get one.
DH ended up using our double stroller as a luggage cart and it took him almost an hour to get our van loaded because it was a hike to the parking lot.
Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. It was crowded, but with the exception of the buses and a couple of peak meal times at the food court, we didn't feel the crowded-ness too much
Overall, if the price was right, I'd stay there again.
