My poor sister :(

My sister has a pulled ligement on her knee.She was just riding her bike and in someway she flpped of her bike(I was not watching).She sat in the er for about seven hours.She may have a broken foot we do not know she may not be able to do the dance recital.That would just break her heart.:sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad: :sad:

Oh alright. Well, I thought she was older and I accidently said "Little sister" He he. Well, hopes she feel better.

My sister did the same thing to her knee when she was playing netball. Unfortunately she had to have an operation on it but it is fine now.

So sorry about that I pulled something in my leg playing tennis a month or two ago and after my leg healed up I found it a lot easier to excercise the leg instead of (quote from my doctor) "babying the leg". I wish your sister the best though.
