maybe it was the pizza right before bed. Maybe it was watching Monster's Inc. Maybe it was winning an ebay auction for our bide and groom mickey pins. But i had the best dream about the Poly last night.
We just booked our hotel for our wedding a couple of days ago (hafta have the room booked a year in advance so you can book the wedding in WDW). we took the standard room, as its the only time that we'll probably ever stay at a deluxe.
well last night, i had a dream that we checked in wearing our mickey & minnie bride and groom ears (which we're actually doing). they asked if we were on our honeymoon, and we said, not yet, and that we're actually gettting married at sunset pointe a couple days after we check-in. my fiance also mentioned that my birthday was the day before we checked out to go on our °o° cruise (then its another 5 days at PoR).
Well, the woman that was checking us in, calls over a bellhop, and whispers something in his ear and he takes our luggage from us.
She checks us in and asks us to walk with her. she takes us over to sunset pointe for a picture, and a tour of the pool. she then walks us over to our longhouse, and we were upgraded to a conceirge room overlooking the castle. we say "this is too much, a standard room is fine, there has to be someone else that could use this room."
she says "don't be silly. not many people get married and have their birthday in the same trip. and besides, the room's empty anyway since its value season (our trip's next sept)".
i told my fiance about the dream, and she's convinced something similar will happen now. we're both the type of people that don't go looking for upgrades and special treatment, and always feel a little guilty wen we are given something that every other guest doesn't get.
so please tell me that 1) i'm not crazy for having this dream, but 2) that there's now way this'll actually happen.
