I have always received points from purchases and offers until now. I sent them emails last night about missing points from 5 different offers. I sent a separate email for each offer. I only received one email back saying they would check into the missing points. This email was only for the first offer I was missing. Do you think they will check all missing points and if so how long should I wait before sending another email? Thanks
 
When I've had problems in the past with credits at MyPoints, each email I sent had its own separate responses from Customer Care.

The first response was an auto-response that acknowledge the email and assigned a tracking number. This one usually came within a day of me sending my initial email.

The second response always came from a member of customer care and usually addressed my specific problem directly. The lagtime between the auto-response email and the customer care email can be 2 or 3 days.

However, each of your purchase/points problems should be answered uniquely if you sent a different email for each problem. And each problem should have its own tracking number.
