After you redeemed, you were taken to an "Order Tacking" page. If you had bookmarked that page, you would be able to see the status of your redemption. If you did not bookmark that page, there is no way to get to it from your account that I know of.
However, you can always watch your points under the "My Account" heading on the MyPoints Homepage. Immediately after redemption, your spent points will be moved to the "Pending Redemption" row. Once your redemption has been checked to verify that you have enough legitimate points for your reward, the points will be removed and your reward will be considered to be "shipped". That does not mean that it has been physically mailed to you.
It's been my experience that once a webbie has been "shipped", I usually get it in my email in about 7-10 days. Since non-electronic GCs come via snail-mail, it may take much longer to receive them.
