My Points question. Help!!!

I'm new to this and I was wondering exactly how do you get Max? Do you have to click on him when you find him or do you just have to find him? Any help appreciated. I located him in Pets, but I couldn't click on him.

you have to click on him to get the points for finding him. good luck next time!!

if you hit the reload button, he will come up again. sometimes you have to click it a couple of times before it catches!

Thanks. I kept trying to click on him yesterday and then he disappeared!
