After writing to ask for my Tupperware points, I got an email back from mypoints indicating that I was abusing their system by earning tupperware points more than once a month and that they could terminate my account at their discretion. Anyone else ever receive this? julie

Ouch! I thought that as long as you clicked through on a different link each time it was okay. That each link itself was good for 800 points once every 30 days. Guess I was wrong?

I heard about someone getting an email like this on another board, but I haven't gotten one and I've done the Tupperware stuff for a long time. BUT I have never had to email them for points either. You may be better off asking questions here than of Mypoints about the tupperware points.....

now that I'm thinking about it, I remember that it seemed like the other person who received the nasty email had done two of the same banners twice. So you gotta make sure you do different banners each time. but you should be fine doing each one, just keep track of them so you get your points and don't get nasty grams again.
Good luck!!!

Is there a way to keep each banner straight or is it just by memory? Also, do you automatically get your tupperware points everytime or sometimes do you have to email them? thanks julie

I have *always* gotten my tupperware points, assuming I click the little thing at the bottom of the final page saying "Mypoints members click here" and it comes up with the blue pop up saying "Congratulations you've got 800 points".
The only way I can keep track of them is writing them down, where exactly I found them. I know someone here does a right mouse click to check "properties" and gets the URL number...not sure exactly how that's done..... But figure out a system that works for you. You should be able to get about 4800 points for tupperware just from the mypoints site alone, not including emails.

When you click on the Tupperware banner/link and get that page that you have to click to "continue to Tupperware" - there is a number in the web address. Yesterday I used #'s 52, 56 & 61
Thats how I keep track!

I've never noticed the numbers in the address like that before. I always "mouse over" the "Continue to Tupperware and 800 points" link and look at the URL at the bottom of the screen (I use IE). There's a 6-digit number there. I used 320176, 323687, 325314, and 321746 the other day. Whenever you get the link to click for the 800 points at the end, mousing over the link should show the same number somewhere in the address that shows up at the bottom of the screen.

I got a nasty email like that last winter. I didn't order anything from Tupperware for months; afraid that I wouldn't get my points or that I would be accused of cheating the system again.

Since then I have decided that the agent who sent the email was just a jerk. I get 2 or 3 emails with Tupperware offers every month. If they only want you to do one offer every month, why send so many emails, and why have 6 different places and links to order from?

After writing yet another email to get credit for a Disney Store purchase, one which they had already told me they had taken care of, I get an email stating that the points will be credited, but he noticed that I "had made several transactions at Tupperware on
11/08/03 for 800 points each and made between 1:40 PM and 2:03 PM. This
is not allowed. Please make note of this."

It's not allowed? It's not allowed?!!!!!! THEN WHY WAS I ABLE TO DO IT.

Ok, so Tupperware points pretty much stink now anyway, so I'll use up the remainder of my gift certificate, cash out and I am done with My Points. Seriously this time. I never have a purchase credit without my emailing them.

Ugh, so very angry.:o

So, anyone who might not want to get a similar email, be sure not to ask for any points you might have earned.
