My new AP # will not work on the Passholder site?

Any one else have this problem? I just got my AP activated the middle of July. When I put the new numbers in it says it can not locate my info, when I use my old number I can get into the website but can not check prices???

Just make sure you're using two digits for the year. I always have to change it from 2005 to 05.

And two digits for the month also. Mine saves as 8 and I have to change it to 08...

not sure if I will end up saying this right--

Even tho I have 4#'s at the end (##space##) and 4 will fit into the last box, I only use the last 2. It won't work with all 4.
