My nephew needs prayers!***BEST NEWS ON PAGE 12***

Zeke went in to surgery this morning at 7:30am. We just got a report that the first part was successful. They were able to reroute an area for the fluid to drain, this means he won't have to have a shunt. They are now going to go in for the tumor. Please pray that they are able to get it all."

AHHHH ! I think I'm getting hives. I've never ever had hives before. On my neck, there's little bumps kinda like mosquito bites, and I keep itching them.

I'm allergic to stress.

please keep us updated as often as you can.
i wouldn't be surprised if the stress is causing you to have hives, try to take some clariton. (if you can)
as for the crabbiness with dh...we tend to take our frustrations on out those near and dear to us, due to the fact it is safe to be that way. as soon as you both have a moment to catch your breath, you will be on the same page.

that is wonderful that he dosn't need a shunt, I didn't either. I am praying that everything goes great.

Sandcass~ I just caught up with the thread. With regards to your DH picking a fight with you, I know that my DH is the same way when he's worried about something. I think I heard someone explain it this way: men don't know what to do when they feel sad, so they start a fight, so that they can feel anger, which is at least a familiar (and therefore comfortable) emotion. Of course, women are more accustomed to feeling sadness, so we don't do this as often. Good luck with everything and thanks for coming back and updating us as is possible!
