My National reservation is missing! Has this ever happened to anyone else?

In August, I booked a minivan through National for a trip this May. I used the Vacation Outlet codes and got a great deal! I reserved it, gave my credit card info., etc. and printed the confirmation screen and didn't give it another thought.

Today, I went to National's website and tried to view my reservation. It keeps saying "reservation not found". Did I somehow lose my reservation? Will my printed confirmation be enough? Has this ever happened to anyone else?

I sent them an email, but since it's Sunday, I won't get a response right away. Maybe I will call them.

I suggest trying it one more time. The first time I tried (after reading this post) I got an error message that said "Intervention Request Not Found". I tried a second time and my ressie was there. Possibly they are experiencing site difficulties today.

I'm not sure if this is the reason or not laughinplace, but I've been on National's website for the last few hours off & on & have gotten some weird error messages, including a few that said the server was down temporarily for maintenance. I'd try again later & see what happens

Thanks travellady and GeminiMom. I just tried it again, and my reservation was there!

When in doubt call them. I wouldn't show up with just a piece of paper and figure it was ok. The agents have other ways of seeing the reservation.
