Welcome to WISH Wagamama! I know exactly what you mean about willpower! I have a lack of it myself, so you are not alone. There are lots of new WISHer's here, including me. I am taking it one day (and sometimes one minute!) at a time. So far I have lost 7 pounds in two weeks. I know this can be overwhelming, but maybe you could start small, with baby steps. Maybe you could just start with one goal, like starting an exercise program, instead of trying a bunch of new things (changing your eating entirely, drinking the gallons of water your supposed to, etc) all at once. Also, I find the people on this board to be a tremendous support and resource. So, I would suggest visiting here often, as I think the support has made all of the difference in the world to me. We are all here for you!
