My miracle snapdragons are up again!

I thought snapdragons were annuals. Well, three years ago I planted some in my window boxes and they have re-seeded themselves every year since. Those little plants are the hardest things I've ever seen too. They often are green and blooming well into the late Fall (Nov-Dec). This crop survived our coldest Winter in years, flooding rains and more.

The seedlings are up now and I'm waiting for them to get a little bigger before thinning them out.

My secret is this .... I ignore them. They seem to do just fine without my help. It's also saved me money since I haven't had to buy new plants.

I took some pictures last year and will post if I get a chance.

I never grew snapdragons but I remember my mom having them in our yard at home.
