Tigger's at the vet with a fever of almost 105 degrees. I'm in such shock-I was sure he just had hairballs and that's why he hadn't been so bouncy the last couple days. The vet kept him there to give him an IV and antibiotics. He'll probably stay overnight, then we'll see about blood tests to find the cause. But the vet warned me that blood tests may not tell us anything, it may just be "fever of undisclosed origin". This is so hard-we've had him since he was 5 days and 5 ounces and we found him abandoned. And DH is so attached to him, yet he's out of town right now. Please pray for Tigger-hopefully he'll live to drink out of the faucet another day!
