Sorry to hear about all of the drama with the floral keepsake, but I'm glad it turned out so pretty in the end. Your bouquet was beautiful!

Do you recall how many roses were in it? It's such a challenge when WDW quotes you a bouquet price based on the # of stems, but without an accompanying photo it is really hard to determine how full the bouquet will actually be. Your bouquet seems like an ideal size. Thanks!

Thanks for your compliments and I can understand your frustration. I had no clue how big my bouquet would actually be. I only told Laura that I like the "French rose bouquets w/ bling" and that I wanted the bouquet to be in proportion to my body. It was a round, french bouquet w/ 3 dozen roses and 15 "Gemma Diamante" bouquet jewels. Then I had swarovski "deco ice" crystal closures down the front and at the back of the stems. HTH!!

I know there are some other vendors that do it, but Keepsake is who Disney recommends. I would still go for it. I was one of only 2 brides on here that had any issues with them and DisneyBrideToni's (the other bride) wedding was about 2 months after mine, but we went through the design process within the same month. Keepsake told her they had an issue with one of their employees that they let go. (I never heard that, but anyways...) I never did get the rest of my bouquet jewels and I've let that go. I've had the new one for about 10 months now and it's hanging on a wall in our bedroom and I love it. I would actually go through the drama again in order to have it. It's a beautiful reminder of a wonderful day.

You may want to check in your area and see if someone does it there. I was looking at Keepsake Floral to do mine and then went to bridal show here in Richmond and a lady here does them. We kept my bouquet in a mini fridge in the hotel room after our MK shoot and my mom brought it home on the airplane. It was in awesome condition when Mary met Mom to pick it up and Mary took it straight to her shop to put in the freezer (or whatever she does with it ).

Hey there,

Just wanted to follow up with my experience, I used Keepsake Floral and I am so thrilled with the result! We did the bouquet resemblance and have it hanging in our living room now. We get so many compliments and I couldn't be happier with the result. I found the company and design consultant to be extremely wonderful to work with and I have absolutely no complaints! I don't have pic to post but I will take one and add it soon. Hope this helps in anyone's planning process. They were actually recommended to me by our local (Maryland) florist, I didn't even realize they were located in Orlando at first! Good luck to everyone!!!

They seem to have a terrible track record and poor customer service. I think we should try to come up with an alternative! For the amount of money they charge, they could at least be polite.

I think a lot of the bouquets end up looking "different" . Something fishy going on there.

I like the idea of preservation, I just wish there were more options.
