My June 14-23 NATIONAL rates just dropped a few bucks..

Went down another couple of dollars.

June 14-23 for 129.99 all included using Priceless (6600330) and Ent Book coupon (10009123).

Gotta love saving a few more dollars.

FYI, I also checked my friends rates. They are arriving on June 16 and they have not dropped, so it looks like the 14th or 15th is the cut off.

Not necessarily, my National Full Size for 6/21 to 7/1 dropped about $5 using the Priceless and EB codes. Lets hope this is the start of a trend...

I made my 1st reservation for Christmas back in March. The reservation is for 12/18 through 12/29. I figured it would be high because of the holiday. It started out at $368.00 for 11 days/intermediate car.

I go out every couple of days and play around with the codes switching from the Entertainment code & coupon to Continental's code and ent. coupon, etc.

The price has slowing going down.

Last week it got down to $176. This morning I'm down to $158. for 11 days.

I noticed that the price starts off high then goes down about 3-4 weeks before then slowly rises again.

My advise is to keep trying.

I just saved $13 off my 10 day rental beginning on the 16th. It is down to $146 after taxes/charges. On another rental for the same period but only for a week, it didn't drop but remains great at $121.

Our friends are coming to meet us from June 16-23. I got them a Full Size Emerald Reserve for 100.14 all in for the week. I keep checking, but that is going to be hard to beat. I used Priceless and Ent Coupon for them too.

DudsPizza: You may want to check one more time for your dates. I just booked last night for almost the same dates - we are going June16-24 and I am paying $117 for a full size for 8 days with Emerald Reserve. But I also have another reservation that I have to cancel for an intermediate on the Emerald Aisle for $111 including all taxes.

I used Priceless Code 6600330, Ent. coup 10009123 and Product Code WWEB. (I think you used a differenct product code) Not sure if this will save you or not but I figured I'd rathes see money stay in your pocket than the rental agency for the same car!!

Where did you get the priceless code and the product code? I have the Entertainment coupon, do I need anything additional at the time of rental if I used the priceless code and the product code? If not I could save a few more dollars!

June 25-July 5 dropped from my quote on 3/30 $152.33 to today's quote of $148.57.

Heather, I put in the WWEB code and it did not change my price. In addition, This appears to be a savings in the weekly fee (now $89) as opposed to a discount line item. I plugged in the national emerald aisle contract and the weekly rate for my dates was $145.

The priceless code is from mousesavers.com. If you use the priceless code and the entertainment coupon you will need the coupon, and if you are an emerald aisle member you will need the card. You will not need anything for the priceless code or for the product code.

Thanks!!!!! I used the priceless code and the Entertainment coupon to lower my rate to $136 for a 9 day rental. That is unbelievable considering I began with a rate of $170 or so just a couple of weeks ago. Can I go any lower? Who knows I still have a few weeks to try.
