9:00 am ADR 1900 Park Fare
Disney Quest
diner at Olive Garden

Magic Kingdom
ADR 5:30 pm Crystal Palace for daughter's birthday celebration

Jan 11 - Jan 12 - 13 and 14 will do things that we missed in Parks, so 3 days to play with...

We will be Me - Husband - son (10) - daughter (6 turning 7) , Sis and Brother in-law...

Looks like you have a great plan. It is always a good idea not to be too overplanned that you end up worrying more about the plan than just having fun. I can't see your signature in order to see if you have been before or not. We are not big Rainforest Cafe fans and would recommend O'hanas instead. Esspecially on New Year's Eve, they will probably be packed. Hope you have a great trip!!

Thank's for your comment.. It's my 3rd time there, and I still have a lot to do and see! As for Rainforest Café... my kids love it there, and we don't mind the crowds, we'll be taking it easy on that day... hey! we were not even suppose to be at WDW before the 2nd of Jan 07... so those days are like Freebies ha!

We'll be in AK on Jan 4th and Epcot on Jan 5th - but our Garden Grill is at noon.

We will also be in MGM on Jan 8th.

We don't have anything scheduled for the 12th, 13th or 14th yet either - except for HDDR on the 13th.

We don't have plans to go to non-disney parks like you though. We are new DVCers and this is our first trip "home". We plan to spend some time just hanging at our resort.

Have a wonderful trip - here hopping the weather will be great and the crowds will be small

We have Sci-fi at 11:00 on the 8th. It would be cool to say hello. We fly in on the 1st in the evening so we are staying at POP the first night. Then we move to SSR from the 2nd - 6th. On the 6th we move from SSR to the Beach Club Villas. We stay there until the 14th. It'll be me, the hubby and our 7 year old niece.

Where are you staying??

We're flying in on Dec. 31st and staying at Coronado Springs for the first night, then we are moving to OKW from Jan 1st to Jan 8th and then moving to SSR Jan8th to Jan 15th...
I did not know that you could reserver right away for Sci-fi, I thought you had to be in the Park and then do the adr... I'll try to get for around the same time...
It will be me, my hubby, my 6 turning 7 year old daughter, 10 year old son and Sis, Bil... we are 6, in all.
I'll get back to you, if I can get adr's at Sci-fi... would be nice to say hi!

Of course, it's probably fun to spend the first day of the year in the MK... but's that's what tens of thousands of other folks think too, which is why it definitely breaks my crowd threshold (I would never go to the MK on a WDW day rated 8 or higher by TP).

Different strokes for different folks, but you'll never see me in the MK on Thanksgiving or the day after, or Dec. 24-Jan1., or near Spring Break, or June/July

I will be there very early, you see I never did Splash Mountain, and after the 1st, it will be closed for the rest of my trip , besides TGM advise to go to MK until around 12:00 and then either relax at resort and go for our rds at night.
We will take it easy on that day, since we were not even suppose to be there until the 2nd... so it's kinda of free days, to have fun and TAKE IT EASY, I know the rush of Xmas is still going on ha!

Most people will be up late the evening before... not me, since I'm catching at flight at 6:00 am on the Dec. 31st, so I will be snoring by 12:00 ha! I'll be up bright and early and enjoying the park... ha! Party on people and sleep late on the 1st....
You and I will have fun with low park attendance ha! ha! but let's keep it between you and me ha!
