My husband's MyPoints Account was canceled???!!!

He received an email this evening and when he tried to click on it he received a message that his account was canceled??? He received no email from mypoints with a reason for the cancellation!!! He had over 2500 points in his account - this is very unsettling. Has anyone had this happen to them before. He sent an email to mypoints asking for an explanation - I wonder if they will respond?

I wonder if he might have done what I accidentally did a couple of months ago. I got the same message from them and couldn't figure out why. When I went back to my e-mail, I realized I had clicked on the link asking them to take my name off their subscriber list instead of the link to go to their site. After a couple of e-mails back and forth they reinstated me.

I used to read more about this happening a few months to a year ago. At one time they were cancelling people all the time without warning--accusing them of having multiple accounts, etc. Haven't seen anyone complain about it lately but it could be one of those random cancellations they are famous for doing.
