Ok - this is for the real Disney trivia people and I will apologize upfront for asking (my DH begged me - lol). For the last 2 years my husband has been talking about the end of It's a Small World ride. When the ride is coming to an end, there are several different signs that say "goodbye" in different languages. One of the last ones appears to be a "phoenetic joke". It is written to look like a Southeast Asian language, but as best we can recall says "Sa-waht! Dee krahp" - or "So what the crap!". It seems like an insiders joke! Or is this really a goodbye phrase in a foreign language. My husband swears it's a joke - has anyone else ever noticed this. My husband is crazy over this
 :p

My husband has been standing over me waiting for a reply and when we read your response he said "No Way - someone knows!!" Thank you for the response ;)

Isn't the internet amazing! :p I was happy to help out.

Disnee Dad Says................................You got an answer to that question in six minutes?? WoW!

Well, since I am a DH , I'll ask the next question and keep this going.

On Spaceship Earth, how many people have done the narration and who are they?

I remember Walter Cronkite and Jeremey Irons. I don't think there was anyone else?

The current narrator sounds like Ricardo Montalban.

I had to ride the ride a second time so I could get a photo of that sign. I too thought it had to be an Imagineer joke.

viluvsdisney.......Believe it or not, I actually have a picture of that sign. My DH spotted it on a trip a few years back and snapped a picture of it. We cracked up when we saw it.

Yes it is Thai. :D :D

My DH and I aren't the only "crazy" people at WDW ;) It was one of the highlights of DH's trip :p

My dh is not a Disney fan (I know BOOOOOO on him) and I always take a pic of that very sign. Because he always thought it meant "so what all the crap" or something like that. hahahah. now I have something to share with him when he gets home. Thanks for asking viluvsdisney and thanks for the answer bigtinkfun!!:Pinkbounc
