A while back on the Dis someone posted asking for the recipe for the cinnamon candied almonds from WDW. I am in love with those, so it stayed in my mind. It had never occured to me before that I could make those at home.
I lost that post, but googled the recipe and found this:

I just made them tonight. Oh my GOSH. They were super easy, and they make the house smell incredible, but nothing compares to the taste. When you first take them out of the oven (and can't wait for them to cool) they are warm and soft and delicious. But, they get even better when you wait! The coating gets crispy and candy-like and they are completely addicting! I ate way too many and have a total stomach ache. This means an extra mile or two of running tomorrow. Worth it!!

Love the detailed instructions with pics. We used to get Mandelnusse in Germany when I was a kid, at special events like Oktoberfest or Christkindle Markets. The smell is something I miss almost as much as the taste!
