My head is spinning!

My cousin (girl age 7), grandma, and I are going 7/2-2/8. It's a first trip for both grandma and my cousin. My cousin has food allergies (fish, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame) and has no desire to meet the characters (strange kid ). Otherwise we are pretty adventurous eaters.

I have rearranged our plans so many times my head is spinning- I could use some insight PLEASE

7/2- Arrive at CR around 12:00 ADR at Marrakesh (move to 7/4 or 7/7????) depending on how we feel (8am flight) we could stay for Illuminations but not counting on it

7/3- MK 8:10am Crystal Palace, Plaza for Dinner

7/4- HS 50's PTC for lunch, currently avoiding the parks with a 8pm Kona ADR but considering going to Epcot for special Illuminations (would need Epcot meal instead)

7/5- AK Dinner??? (could do Kona instead of 7/4)

7/6- MK Ohana for dinner

7/7- Epcot Dinner???

7/8- Kona for brunch before leaving

I guess at this point I need two meals- one definitely in Epcot.

Considering Grand Floridian Cafe and Chefs de France although we could go for more adventurous. I've considered Wispering Canyon Cafe too...

I hope this makes sense! Ideas?? Suggestions???

Coral Reef, Le Cellier (lunch, dinner is 2 DDP credits) are good.

Tusker House in AK is great (buffet). Characters are only their until about 10:30am.

Just note her allergies when you make the ADR's. The chef should come to the table.
