Hey ya'll. I will have a post up by Tuesday. I just thought I would try and answer some of ya'lls posts till then.
Especially if she does the thrill rides for you? Here's a tip for the nipplectomy rides, put one arm around the wife and the other across your chest. That's how Rig started riding them. And again I would like to say I was a good 3 inches from the nipple!
You are not missing anything by not going on stitch.
Thank you for reading. I appreciate the nice comments from you. I have learned to ignore the rude ones, they have pretty much dimished anyway. I'm just telling my story now, that's all.
I'm so glad that you are having fun reading this. It is just as much fun writing it.
I think disney world as huge as it is needs to be taken in stride, rushing through it can cause you to not only miss some of the sights but also the feelings that only disney world can give you.
Thank you so much. Your post made me laugh.
I want to look into the Disney candles. That sounds amazing.
So True! The ride is about 30 seconds. Just enough time to smile and say weeee!
Wow, that is super sweet of you. I'm not sure if I will ever make it across the ocean, but thanks so much for the offer. And I found out that Walmart carries the Haribo gummi bears, just the bears, but that's all I need.
Have fun on your trip, maybe Ellens ride might be alittle something more this time?
does it matter that it's been 37 years? Nah! go for it girl! Take your man in your arms and plant a big ole kiss on him!
Thank you so much for the offer to join you on your trip, that sounds wonderful, maybe some day we will get back to disney, but there is so much we need to do here first. But Gosh that is so sweet of you to open your vacation house to strangers.
If he's from Southie, sorry honey, it's not gonna work!

I managed to find nice people where ever I go. I know ya'll are out there. Thanks for reading.
It was a huge let down, I really think Disney could do better, it's almost like this ride was an after thought.Baylee So agree on this ride. Stitch is my sons fav and he was so disappoint with this ride.
Yea, Rig never rode it again after that either. But really Thumper_Man, if your wife wanted you to ride you would wouldn't you?Well there you have it, straight from the horse's, I mean er little boys mouth. The carousel is for girls. Which means I don't have to ride it in our up coming trip in 2 weeks.
And I'll also be sure to watch out for a nipplectomy. DW can be like Lee at times. She don't like many of the thrill rides, but will do them because I like them.
Thanks for another great update.

Life gets super busy this time of year. But I will try and update at least once a week. I know the posts are getting shorter but it's kind of at that point in the trip where we're doing the same things over and over and all there is to talk about is the conversations we had. I'm trying though and Animal Kingdom should be a good update.Yeah!!! Double updates!!! I was getting worried about you, though I know life gets in the way of our fun sometimes. Hope all is well with you 2birds.
Believe it or not I have not gone on Stitch. My DH and DD15 did when it first opened and I waited with the younger kids, he said don't waste your time and I never did. I have read nothing good about it so I don't think I ever will.
You are not missing anything by not going on stitch.
You can't get much sexier than a gentleman with a slow drawl and a Resistol!! I married a bayou boy from Louisiana and that is equally good!!
I am so glad you got live your dream with the love of your life...what a special memory to hold in your heart and share with your children one day. I have enjoyed every minute of reading about you and your sweetheart of a husband. As lucky as you are to have such a man, he is equally as lucky to have you! Yall are too cute for words and I hope yall are able to return to the World one day. I look forward to reading the rest! Wishing you all the best.....God Bless!!!
Thank you for reading. I appreciate the nice comments from you. I have learned to ignore the rude ones, they have pretty much dimished anyway. I'm just telling my story now, that's all.
Awesome update once again Lee! I love reading your TR because it makes you look at touring WDW in a whole new way! Plus I always get a good laugh during my work day Can't wait for the next one!

Way to go! And thank you for reading. So what do you imagine us to look like?I just found this TR today and read it from start to finish (skipping over all the OPs' comments of course)! This was one of the most entertaining and descriptive trip reports I've ever read. Since there are no pictures I've made up in my head what everyone looks like![]()
Thank you so much for reading. And don't worry about getting slammed, it happens to the best of us at one time or another.I lurk around on the Dis quite a bit to get my Disney fix. I don't make many posts for fear of getting slammed or flamed but I wanted you to know that I have really, truly been enjoying your trip report very much! I love your writing style, it is captivating! Can't wait to read the rest.![]()
hey lee!! i found your TR yesterday and i just could not stop reading, its awesome!! im glad that you kept going with it, given some of the comments. you go girl!!im finally all caught up and i cant wait to read more. you and rig are just so adorable i cant stand it
im from boston, home of clam chowda and the red sox, but not the friendliest people
so its nice to know that there are gentlemen out there like rig
.
not that he isnt amazing, but i think ill make my boyfriend read this TR and maybe some of rig's southern hospitality will rub off on him![]()

That is great that your son wants to do Disney with you.Hi Lee! Just found your TR today & have made it through almost all of the updates...just LOVE your writing! It's making me even more excited for my upcoming trip with my oldest son (25 yrs old)...I just wish his younger brother (21) would get just a little bit of the Disney bug, but I guess to each his own. It's a neat thing having a son who wants to take a trip to Disney with his mother!
There are candles out there that have those wonderful, familiar Disney smells. Just do a search for Disney candle smells and there are some sites that will come up (don't want to put a web link on here, but they DO exist!).
They have POTC, Soarin', Mickey's PhilHarmagic, Main Street Bakery, etc. Don't know how they are since I've never ordered from them before...they always seem to be out of stock!![]()
I want to look into the Disney candles. That sounds amazing.
I rode the carousel while on my Oct. '09 visit. I hadn't been on it in years and it was such a disappointment. My friends and I were sitting on the horses waiting for the ride to begin longer than the ride actually lasted. I think it was a 30 second ride and I am not joking. I think the CM could have let us go around a few more times considering it was almost midnight and there wasn't any wait for the ride. Come on...
So True! The ride is about 30 seconds. Just enough time to smile and say weeee!
Thank you for reading and posting. I will update again soon.I am loving this TR!!! I found y'all yesterday and have read it all in two days? Can't wait to hear more!![]()
Have a good trip out of town. I should have something up soonGoing out of town for the weekend. I hope I come back to another installment!! I love reading this TR!!![]()
I came across your Trip Report a few days ago and wanted to post a comment, when I had read all you had written by now. I just love it. I'm from Germany and we have been to Disney World for our Honeymoon. We hope to go back in a few Years with our Kids. If you and Rig want to visit Germany at One Time, please let me Know and you can stay with us and if you need anything, like Haribo (the Factory and the factory Store is a 30 minute drive Away from our House) please let me Know.
Wow, that is super sweet of you. I'm not sure if I will ever make it across the ocean, but thanks so much for the offer. And I found out that Walmart carries the Haribo gummi bears, just the bears, but that's all I need.
We are going to Disney in two weeks and cannot wait! We stay in timeshares nearby and have a 3 bedroom with just the two of us. If you want another trip, you have your own room just waiting for ya!
We have been married 37 years and have three grown children and a few grandkids now. No one wanted to go with us for this trip, so we are on our own for two weeks in a huge condo. Let me know, Leela, if you want to join us!
My Rig is Rick, and he isn't a cowboy, he is a fireman for 35 years now, ready to retire soon, so we can work and live near Disneyworld. Oh, yes, that is our plan, and it's a good one for two Disney nuts like us.
Ellen's ride for us is just a nice nap and nothing else (hey, we have been married 37 years!). We married at 18, the both of us, and 37 1/2 years later, still going strong and loving our lives together.
I hope you get a little princess first, so you can take her to Disney and meet the princesses. Our granddaughter was 19 months for her first Disney trip, and she was a blast. Such a good girl.
Have fun on your trip, maybe Ellens ride might be alittle something more this time?
