My first trip to WDW and DH's first time being arrested (Dec 2009)

(looks up at my DH post and laughs) Lee we have both enjoyed your TR and can't wait to read the rest of your trip. We also got married young we started dating when I was 17 and DH was 19 we got married (after a 16 month engagement) when I was 3 months shy of my 21st birthday. Then the Gods granted us a miracle and gave us our only child DS who was born a month early 8 months to our wedding date LOL) we also have (and still do) people tell us we won't make it *5 of our friends got married around the same time and we are the only ones still together we will celebrate 15 years together (counting from dating) this Aug 26th (our 10th year wedding anniversary was March 25 2010).

Hi Lee,

I'm new to this board and I stumbled upon your TR as I was planning my first ever trip to WDW with my 20 year old son. Just mom and son for a vacation before he graduates college and gets on with his life. Your trip report has been wonderful to read and I'm looking forward to the next chapter and the chapter after that! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Some folks like to pick stuff apart and that is just in their nature. That's ok. If they weren't enjoying it on some level, they wouldn't continue to read and post. Keep up the good work! OMG! I so need a Mickey and Cinderella waffle iron. I need to send an e-mail to Disney that they need to offer those again. I have a blue Mickey collander that I love and it makes me so happy to use. Now I need some Disney kitchen appliances.

Lee, since you and Rig are right around the ages of my children I feel the need to mother both of you. I already told you to never sleep on a hotel floor again and now I need to tell Rig to put ice on his eye so the swelling goes down. I also agree I would consider being taken off in the back of a police cruiser and having photos and finger prints as going to jail.

Please keep posting. I need to hear some more good and happy things to offset the bad.

Just wanted to say this is the best report I have ever read. It is really keeping me going day by day. Right now things are really tough, my husband is waiting for a heart transplant and some days are really tough on me being everything is falling on me as mother, father and wife. So to read your report it helps me toescape from my own life even for just a moment.
Keep writing and I have to agree with other here that you should write a book you really have a gift for words.

I can't even imagine how you must of felt that night with out Rig! I'm so sorry this happened to both of you.
DH and I are not close with our family either. He hasn't talked to his mother or brother in years because of something they did. I haven't talked to my sister in a long time either. I'm close with my mom and grandmother and both of our fathers passed away before we had kids. We have 2 amazing kids and we just celebrated our 20th anniversary. The family we don't have we make up for with friends.
Not only is this the best TR I've ever read, but it's the best book, too. (Not saying I don't think it's real with my book comment, I believe it 100%)
I'm thrilled you decided to continue.
What did you think of Big Brother last night? I know you said you were recording it to watch it with Rig so I won't spoil it for you.

Del's wife trip report was so funny!!! What ever happened to her???

Del's wife trip reports were very much like Riglee's report---some fact, 75% embellishments and fiction, but a very funny and entertaining read!!!

It is Delswife and I am friends with her on Facebook. She documents things in her life, her and her hubby are both hilarious people. The trip reports and her blog are not 75% embellisments and fiction, she has a fantastic writing ability just like RigLee or many others on this board.

WHEW! I made it through all 44 pages in one sitting. And I still need to shower for work---work that starts in 45 minutes!!!. Luckily I am on 10 days of "Staycation" starting tomorrow and can keep coming back for more
