I went to Trader Joe's yesterday looking for something good to eat for dinner. I never go down the bread aisle, too much temptation for me, I am a bread-aholic.
They tricked me, they moved the bread and it was right where I had to go. But then I saw LOW-CARB. I picked up a loaf and it was soft. It looked like whole wheat bread, and wasn't as expensive as I had heard in the past on different low carb boards.
I took it home and had my first piece of toast in 4 months. It was delicious. I had been ready for it to taste like sawdust or worse but it was really good. Of course I had butter on it but the flavor was great.
It was "Food for Life" brand and each slice has 4 carbs. I had toast again today for bfst, but I sliced the one piece into two thinner slices with a very sharb bread knife. I don't want to overdo my carbs on bread after all the work I have done to lose the weight and inches.
I also picked up some buns that are individually wrapped. I don't remember the name brand of these, but they were 4 in a box. They had hamburger buns and cinnamon raisin buns. I picked the cinnamon raisin because I thought it would be a nice treat with my 11 pm decaf tea. Each bun has 3.3 gms of carbs.
I will let you know what they taste like, but even if they are terrible I will continue to buy the bread, it was that good.

The buns you bought are O So Lo!! They are wonderful! My favorite is the Banana Nut - toasted with lots of butter!
The sourdough ones are great for making sandwiches!
