My FastPass+ For Anna & Elsa Just Disappeared!!!

DH and I are surprising our kids with a trip to WDW next week. The moment I heard that Anna & Elsa FP+ was available I jumped onto My Disney Experience and grabbed them for Friday May 2nd. Today on Twitter I saw that many people who had FP+ for Anna & Elsa were saying their FP+ just disappeared from the App and they weren't letting them in. Just as a backup I went into the My Disney Experience App on my phone and took a screenshot of all our FP+ for that day. A little while later I logged in again and now MY ANNA & ELSA FP+ IS GONE TOO!!! I have no clue what happened but I really REALLY hope that if it doesn't come back, the Cast Members will let us through with my screenshot I took. I made these reservations as soon as they were available and with two small kids a 3 hour line just isn't in the cards for us. Has this happened to anyone here? Did the CM still let you through the FP+ line? PANIC!
 
I just saw the guy from "inside the magic" post on facebook and apparently they did not let him in :furious: I think he's going to post a whole review of the situation later but the CM's were less than helpful!
 
Check on the website to see if they are still there. The ones on the app keep disappearing but are consistently showing on the website

Latest update is he got a call as hew as leaving the park. IT fixed the problem for him. Two and a half hours after his original time he was in line.
 
Of course they fixed it for him. He's media. I'm sure once they got wind ricky was posting things to his very very large audience they high tailed into gear to try to fix it for him. I doubt most people can expect such service.

I agree and would check this out. We had this happen frequently in February. Some of my ADRs would not be listed on the app, but they were still in the system and on the website. After awhile, they sometimes appeared again on the app. The app isn't the most reliable thing. I did take print outs from the website with me everywhere but I didn't need them. Definitely check the website rather than the app. I've seen multiple reports of fastpasses not showing up on the app but they could be seen when on the website. I did check out my A&E fastpass on the computer this morning and they are still there. Whew! I did make a screen shot just in case.

If it still isn't showing, then call the IT line. Hopefully they can get these glitches worked out.
 
mine were on the website, and on the app. we go in 34 days. I did screen shots though just in case.
 
Luckily you aren't already there. Call customer service now and get it worked out!
 
I hate the new system for fast passes because of glitches like these! I hope you can get it worked out and I recommend you go to the fast pass kiosk in the park.

I guess it can happen to any FP and there is not much you can do. Your word against the computers. Luckily, it worked out OK for Ricky in the end. But that was a lot of wasted time. I would feel bad for someone who has a young child with them.
