I'm sort of speechless......but my thoughts

The OP never has given any of a clear idea of actually what happened..

While he was grasping me he decided to touch me in some places he should have never been near, and linger there

are we talking buttock, breast, crotch??? I would think if one was being bearhugged it would be extremely difficult for C/D to grab the front on the person that they were hugging (so breast or crotch would be out), only thing left is the buttock....I think it would be very difficult to disern an accidental pause from a grop..

To spend this much time, energy and money on such a frivolous matter that is most likely an accidently is most unfortunate.

While I'm the first one to say report an incident of abuse...I think any rational person would have to say this wasn't any kind of abuse...

Hopefully, things will get worked out for both sides.

I would not let this deter me from visiting WDW, though.

I would however, stay away from those chipmunks!!

My DD had Peter Pan say something rude to her. Maybe we should have turned him in for being obnoxious.

My DD had on a shirt that had Japanese writing on it.
Peter Pan asked what it said and my DD said, "I don't know."

Peter said, "It probably says..stupid American."

I only heard the last part, I should have come up with something quickly, but could not.
DD wants to kick his butt next time we go. She could take him, too,she's bigger than him! LOL!!

They go through (not threw) background checks, personality profiles and a bunch of other "jumping through hoops" to be employed by Disney.

When did Disney start doing this? I worked for Disney and I did not have a background check or a personality profile. I have a good friend who is "good friends" with Max, Chip, Dale, Pooh etc and I just called her to ask her if she had to go through any of this and she said no. She was hired at the beginning of December.
