My DSis booked Free Dining!

My sister booked free dinging last night! She was hoping it would come out, but planned to go either way, so wanted to go ahead and book now. She asked the CM if it would be coming, and he somehow booked it now. She is going 9/13-18, CSR. Obviously the CM must have made some sort of mistake, but she has received the conformation email, it's on there. She called back twice to double check. The first CM had no idea what she was talking about but said she could see free dining on her reservation. The second CM seemed more knowledgeable. She said the original CM somehow used a code he shouldn't have been able to use. DSis did ask if they would take it away, CM said they would not, that it would be coming to the public in April. Hope her good luck means free dining for all!

How exciting for her! I'm not even about to call and try to get it now for myself because, as you've already said, this was booked in error. However, I'm encouraged to know that it IS coming! We've seen it happen so many times before -- someone obtains a discount/free dining before they "should" only to have it come available to the public shortly thereafter. Very encouraging indeed for those of us who are planning to visit in September!

BTW, anyone else guessing that Disney is getting 5000 calls right now, hoping to get the CM who can win us the ressie lottery?

Holding my breath! I hope what she said was right and they do offer free dining! It will make our vacation a little more affordable!

Hmmmmm, very strange. In the past the CMs have always said that they do not get the code until the day of the release. This should be interesting . . .
