When our dog has stomach problems our vet recommends feeding her a mixture of cooked rice with hamburger and only feeding her little bits at a time until everything gets back on track again.

Take her in for sure! Also, if you have a pet who is prone to doing things like eating household items, you may want to look into pet health insurance. I have it for one of my cats, and I bought it for my sister's puppy. An emergency surgery can be VERY expensive.

We got our insurance through VPI, but there are other companies as well. I think I spend around $200/year to insure the cat, and the puppy was a little less. It's worth it for peace of mind.
