Yes; digital tickets are no longer shown after usage.
If you link a hard, plastic ticket, it remains linked in MDE but will just sit there without any entitlements. It will only function as a MagicBand and provides a link to your MDE account.

We were there two years ago when MDE was relatively new. I just linked our tickets for this year and the old, plastic, tickets still show in our account.
We have 2 ghost tickets on our account. No entitlements left on them but they still show, and always will I guess. Oddest part is all 3 of us had the same tickets on that trip, mine doesn't show anymore but DH and DGDs do

I have a phantom ticket under me as well. I can match up all the serial numbers listed in MDE to physical tix I have, but there is one listed on MDE that I do not have. Guess I will have to wait until we get there and have it checked since I tried calling and get the standard "can't look it up over the phone" message. They tell me to take pic of back and front of ticket and send inquiry via email....DUH....I DON't HAVE THE TICKET, that's why I'm calling you! Some castmembers can be robotic at times!
