My Disney Experience linking

Hi all! I’m going to try to explain this right but I need some help

I have a trip planned to WDW February 2019 for my friends and I. Usually I book my families trip under me but my friends have their own my Disney experience logins.

I have the hotel reservations under my name using my DVC points, and I purchased the park tickets. I sent them invites on MDE and they joined my family and friends but now how do I “manage” their plans to be able to link the tickets and do fast passes myself for all of us?

You don’t have to Manage them. All you need to do is link the tickets to the correct people.

Once all the tickets are linked, you can book FPs for everyone when your FP booking window opens.

do they have their own accounts already that you want to link to or do you want to just be able to manage their stuff? Just import your reservation if it's the latter, it should create all the people and you can link the tickets and control all the things. which is how I roll (controlling all the things)
